Job Description


Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Tech  Urgently Hiring

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: M-F 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP


We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Cleaning Technician with experience operating skid steer loaders. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in industrial environments, utilizing heavy equipment to manage debris and materials efficiently. This role also involves conducting regular facility audits, identifying hazards, and assisting with operational tasks as needed, while supporting the pellet mill and packaging operators when required.

As an Industrial Cleaning Tech you will:

  • Operate skid steer loaders and related attachments to remove debris and transport materials.

  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment before and after use.

  • Assist in manual cleaning tasks, including sweeping, shoveling, and pressure washing as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times.

  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and equipment maintenance.
  • Fill in as back up for designated pellet mill operator and/or packaging operator when needed 
  • Perform other duties as required 
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School diploma or GED required  
  • One to two years production line experience in an industrial setting highly preferred
  • Good eye, hand and foot coordination
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
  • Ability  to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to do simple math calculations
