Job Title: Carpenter/Handyman Position
Pay: $24-26/hour
Hours: 8:00PM-5 PM M-F
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Carpenter/Handyman for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable vacation rental property maintenance company Central Oregon. The Carpenter/Handyman will play an essential role in managing raw materials and ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the repair and upkeep jobs required. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast growing construction company located in Central Oregon.

As a Carpenter/Handyman, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining the exterior landscape
  • Drywall and internal wall patch repair .
  • Light touch up painting as needed.
  • Seasonal duties such as sanding and staining decks and fences.
  • Removal and install of light fixtures and switches.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of construction experience.
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle to travel from site to site daily.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
  •  Experience with power tools.
  •  Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
