Job Title: Administrative Assistant Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Part-Time: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a part-time temporary position with our client, a local church located in Springfield, OR. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, supporting the staff by managing phones, assisting with data entry,, and providing general office assistance. Success in this role means keeping the office organized and running smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for clients This is a great opportunity to support a meaningful company in Springfield, Oregon. 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls
  • Greeters clients and directing as needed 
  • Day-to-day office tasks
  • Data Entry and gathering customer data

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency using Google Calendar 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment and using office equipment
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
