Job Title: Mill Laborer Urgently Hiring
Pay: $18.00/Hr
Hours: Monday - Thursday from 5:30am - 3pm and Friday from 5:30am - 10am with possible overtime
Start Date: ASAP

Join our team as a Mill Worker in Sweet Home, where efficiency and safety are paramount. We're looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

This full-time, day shift temp-to-hire role involves operating and maintaining an array of machines, as well as frequently loading and unloading heavy materials. Ideal candidates are not only physically fit but also reliable and dedicated to hard work. As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Stack finished products out of grading rack onto lumber carts
  • Bundle products as required by work order
  • Assist coworkers on other moulders as needed
  • Constant clean up of the area which includes sweeping of saw dust and discarding packaging materials from inbound lumber
  • Stack lumber after it has run through the resaw/ripsaw, onto lumber carts
  • Constant clean up of the area which includes sweeping of saw dust and discarding packaging materials from inbound lumber

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • Prior experience in a mill or production environment preferred
  • Preference will given to any lumber mill experience
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Safety minded
