Job Title: Night Shift Production Operator Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $22.00/Hour: 12:00am to 8:30am Saturday-Thursday
(For the initial 60-90 days, the selected candidate will undergo training on our swing shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.)

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator for a Temp position with our client, a reputable manufacturing facility located in Corvallis, OR. The Production Operator will play an essential role in safely and efficiently learning both wet and dry end operations to convert raw materials into pulp slurry while maintaining quality and equipment. The ideal candidate will operate machinery, assist with quality checks, document processes, and handle materials using a forklift. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a well-established manufacturing facility and further your career in this field, located in Corvallis, OR.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Learning to operate machinery to convert raw materials into pulp slurry.
  • Assisting Wet End Operators in ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Documenting processes, performing tests, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Unloading and storing raw materials using a FORKLIFT.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Forklift operator
  • Consistent and Reliable attendance.An excellent record of attendance is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability and desire to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience working night shifts.
