Job Title: Machine Operator Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20.63 for DAYS
$23.13 for NIGHTS ($2.50/hr differential)
Hours: 12 hour shifts: 4:30am-5pm or 4:30pm-5am (may only work 10 hours while training and then move to 12 hours).
ALL HOURS WORKED OVER 10 hours in a DAY, are paid at OVERTIME rate
SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:
-Sunday through every other Wednesday (1st half of the week)
     -Shift 1 is DAYS 4:30am-5pm
     -Shift 2 is NIGHTS 4:30pm-5am
-Every other Wednesday through Saturday (2nd half of the week)
     -Shift 3 is DAYS 4:30am-5pm
     -Shift 4 is NIGHTS 4:30pm-5am

Fast growing nutrition bar manufacturer is looking to CONTINUE to build their team by hiring Food Production Associates!  Immediate openings! 
Machine Operators are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Set up machines prior to production runs, ensuring proper calibration and configuration.
  • Monitor machine performance during operation, adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any issues or potential malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
  • Document production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Production Machine Operation experience of any kind is considered and preferred
  • ANY Machine Operation work that is multitask in nature is considered
  • Able to continually bend, stoop, twist, use arms, wrists, and hands (including grasping and squeezing) throughout shift.
  • Must be able to lift and/or maneuver materials weighing up to 50lbs with dolly/hand truck
  • Committed to being AT WORK when scheduled
  • Desire to work for a company who is growing 
  • Food production or production/packaging experience helpful BUT NOT necessary
  • Able to work 12 hour shifts (be flexible with schedule /production changes)
  • Enjoys working with a team
