Bookkeeper 
Pay: $22 - $28 DOE
Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri
Start Date ASAP

Responsible for the Bookkeeper:
  • Solid knowledge of AP and AR 
  • Facilitates payment of vendors - reviewing verifying and entering invoices, reviewing purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of vendor information and processing payments according to company policies
  • Account Reconciliations 
  • Assists with journal entries and financial statements.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper will have: 
  • Recent Bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of Generally accepted Accounting Practices, A/R, A/P and Employment laws.
  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs., prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
