Job Title: Overhead Crane Operator Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 6:30AM - 2:30PM M-F
Start Date: ASAP


We are seeking an Overhead Crane Operator for a Temp-Hire position with our client a local steel manufacturing company located in Eugene, Oregon. The Overhead Crane Operator will help process heavy steel parts! This is a great opportunity to build a career in the metal/fabrication industry.

As a Overhead Crane Operator,  you will be responsible for:
  • Operate overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads (machinery, equipment, steel material)
  • Utilize crane controls, pedals, levers, and buttons to regulate speed/direction of crane and hoist movement
  • Climb up and down burn tables to position materials
  • Grind & deburr steel parts using handheld grinder


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Tenured experience in shop experience and machine operation experience
