Job Title: Warehouse Associate I – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate I for a Temp-to-Hire position with our client, a well-established global manufacturing leader in building materials located in Lebanon, OR. This company is known for its innovation, quality, and commitment to improving the lives of its employees, customers, and communities.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in the flow of materials and products through the facility. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating forklifts safely, managing inventory, and ensuring orders are fulfilled with accuracy and care.

As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking and staging orders using forklifts and RF scanning equipment

  • Operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently

  • Operating forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

  • Reading formulas, recipes, and work instructions accurately

  • Performing quality control checks on orders and materials

  • Stickering and labeling products, and maintaining a clean, organized work area

  • Performing pre- and post-shift forklift inspections

  • Assisting with inventory audits and product counts

  • Loading and unloading trucks and resolving order discrepancies

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

  • Forklift certification and experience with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts

  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is a big plus

  • Ability to read formulas and work instructions accurately

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Comfort using RF scanners and reading pick lists

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50–60 lbs, climb stairs regularly, and stand for extended periods
