Job Title: Night Shift Production Team Coordinator -  Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $26/hr
Hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
Start Date: ASAP
 
Local leader in the production industry is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Coordinator for their Winston, OR facility. This is a Full-time and temp-hire position located in Winston, OR.

 

As a Night Shift Production Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • The Night Shift Production Team Coordinator will ensure all environmental and safety procedures are followed and report all unsafe or non-compliant.

  • Ensure production goals are met

  • Supervise stacker, kiln and forklift operations

  • Coordinate the movement of products through all warehouse locations

  • Assist in hiring and terminating production personnel 

  • Report all worker problems, complaints, or grievances to management

  • Assist as needed for all physical inventory counts

  • Maintain Yard layout and general housekeeping

  • Assist with measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.

  • Experience mechanical preferred

  • Welding skills preferred.

  • Willingness to learn treating plant operation.

  • Ability to identify worn parts and knowledge of how to replace them.

  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to demonstrate behaviors conforming to companies set of values and accepted standards.
