Job Description


A Japanese based company that has been brewing quality soy sauce since '1645'. is seeking Production Workers in their Pressing Department

Duties and Responsibilities for Production Worker:
  • Extracting soy compound from industrial mixers, sifting compound through filtering cloths, using industrial pressing machines to extract soy compounds from filtered mixture.
  • Receiving raw materials
  • Batch processing raw materials
  • Administering initial Koji preparation
  • Tracking of raw materials use
  • Lot tracking of intermediate and final products to assure accuracy
  • Sampling of work-in-progress for QC functions
  • Move press cages between press areas during operation.

Skills and Qualifications for Production Worker:
  • Frequently move 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work at heights above 10 feet-there is an upper level where some of the production work is performed within an enclosed area
  • Must be able to work independently and be a self starter
  • Standing in one place for long periods of time

  • Temp-Hire
  • Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • $17.50/hr
