Job Title: Administrative Assistant Urgently Hiring
Pay: $18.00
Hours: Monday - Friday from 10pm - 6:30am
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for a temporary position for our client, a local ice cream manufacturer who uses the highest quality ingredients located in Eugene, OR. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great program and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, OR. 

As a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Review and rewrite SOP's
  • Participates as needed in special department projects.


The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime and weekends.
  • Computer skills with Excel and Word experience.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with the sanitation team.
  • Ability to work independently as needed.
