  • Temp-Hire

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (not all days are a full 8 hours)
  • $16.50/hr 


A pool and spa company serving Salem OR and neighboring cities for many years including pool construction, pool and spa repairs, and pool and spa maintenance, has an opening for a Receptionist.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
  • Handle/transfer all incoming calls as needed
  • Data entry 
  • Route requests/questions/orders to correct staff
  • Scheduling
  • Processing payments
  • Data entry
  • Filing

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior clerical experience
  • Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks-they will train on this as well

Required Skills:
  • Receptionist duties
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organized
  • Able to work independently
