Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker  Day Shift Hiring Now
Pay: $17.50
Hours: Monday - Thursday - 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Start Date: ASAP

Manufacturer of the world's leading irrigation products is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Worker! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great program and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, OR. 

As a Shipping and Receiving Worker you will be responsible for:
  • Assembles crates and pallets for shipping supplies
  • Assembles customer orders from stock area, packing stations and shipping department
  • Ensures organizational structure of inventory
  • Enter all shipping information into system
  • Ensure all weights and counts are ready for distribution per company standards  
  • Fills and distributes requisitions, work orders and requests of materials and tools to
    production employees and assembly line
  • Maintains counts, labels and inventory of shipped castings
  • Moves material to and from receiving and production area for preparation of shipping
  • Prepares materials for shipping by proper markings
  • Performs any and all other job-related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior forklift experience preferred, but not required, willing to train
  • Must have very strong upper body strength
  • Will lift up to 40lbs on an occaional basis from floor to waist
  • Must be comfortable working in warm work environment
