Job Title: Welder Fabricator Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $19.00+ DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays from 7:00am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking motivated individuals for Welder Fabricator positions at a reputable local manufacturer in Corvallis, OR, specializing in custom industrial solutions. The Welder Fabricator will be integral to the creation and manufacturing of specialized machinery and control systems. These roles require proficiency in Mig, Tig, and Flux Core welding, along with strong fabrication abilities. This is an excellent opportunity with benefits upon permanent hire for individuals looking to start or advance their careers with a well-established company in the Corvallis area.

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
  • Precisely fitting steel components and executing welds using .045 dual shield wire in various positions.
  • Safely lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Operating a range of fabrication machinery, including shears, ironworkers, drilling equipment, and cutting torches.
  • Interpreting and working from detailed blueprints and CAD drawings.
  • Contributing to the final stages of production, including preparation for finishing, assembly, and potential field installation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • For Candidates: We have opportunities for various experience levels.
    • A strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are desired for entry-level roles.
    • Proven experience in welding and fabrication within a production environment is required for more experienced positions.
  • The ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding techniques across all positions.
  • A strong understanding of fabrication methods used in custom machinery production.
  • Competency in using various fabrication hand tools.
