As a Landscaper, you'll play a vital role in supporting the upkeep and beauty of multiple residential properties. You’ll work independently across different sites to keep outdoor areas safe, clean, and attractive. What You’ll Do

As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for:
  • Traveling between residential properties to implement landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Mowing lawns, edging sidewalks, and trimming grass around buildings and walkways to ensure a neat appearance.
  • Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain a professional and tidy look.
  • Planting flowers, seasonal plants, and maintaining planting beds to enhance landscape aesthetics.
  • Removing weeds, debris, and performing seasonal cleanup activities like leaf removal.
  • Cleaning and maintaining walkways, parking lots, and exterior grounds for safety and visual appeal.
  • Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and safety tools efficiently.
  • Monitoring irrigation systems and reporting any repairs or issues to management.
  • Assisting with seasonal tasks and ensuring the outdoor areas meet our high standards.
  • Communicating effectively with management regarding property conditions and landscaping needs.
  • Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
  • Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment confidently.
  • Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding outdoor tasks.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability.
  • Professional communication skills and dependable attendance.
