Bindery and Insert Production Worker — Urgently hiring in Salem!

Job Title: Bindery and Insert Production Worker
Pay: $16.00/hr (They will conduct a 30/60/90 day review from 1st day on assignment and pay rates can occur during said reviews)
Hours: Varies (Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-2:30PM, 7:00AM-3:30PM, 8:00AM-4:30PM)
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT LISTED ABOVE 
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS IF PRODUCTION NEEDS REQUIRE IT

As a Bindery and Insert Production Worker, you'll support our production team by assisting with machine setup, preparing printed materials, and ensuring efficient packaging for mailing or distribution. Your role is vital in maintaining workflow, quality, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
As a Bindery and Insert Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Operator in setting up machinery and preparing printed products
  • Jogging finished products off of machines and preparing items for mailing or distribution
  • Tie, stack, and box materials according to job specifications
  • Helping ensure accurate job counts and maintaining organized packaging
  • Supporting occasional weekend work when required

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
  • Ability to follow specific postal and job requirements
  • Comfortable performing tasks involving walking, stooping, kneeling, and standing throughout your shift
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle tools or controls
