Job Title: CNC Machinist
Pay: $35 - $45 per hour
Hours: Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, with overtime available — approximately 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM (shift times may vary slightly)

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll be a vital part of supporting daily operations, ensuring precision and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to deliver exceptional results that contribute to the company’s success.

What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating CNC mill-turn equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications with accuracy.
  • Loading, measuring, and inspecting materials to meet strict dimensional tolerances.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting machining issues in partnership with programmers and team members.
  • Maintaining detailed production and inspection documentation.
  • Supporting various shop functions, including manual lathe, EDM, and forging processes as needed.
  • Training and mentoring fellow machinists to enhance team performance.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools and conducting in-process inspections.
  • Strong math, geometry, and blueprint reading skills.
  • Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CNC operation {id=115492, name=CNC Operation}.
