Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay: $22 - $25 DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm or Four 10s: 6:00am–4:30pm (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a critical role in producing precise metal components, supporting a team that values quality, craftsmanship, and safety. You’ll work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.


What You’ll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you will:
  •  
Operate CNC milling machines and press brakes to form metal parts according to blueprint specifications
 
  •  
Read and interpret job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs
 
  •  
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate setup, proper function, and high-quality output
 
  •  
Change tooling as required to meet blueprint and production requirements
 
  •  
Monitor machine operations to identify defects or malfunctions
 
  •  
Measure completed workpieces to verify dimensional accuracy
 
  •  
Stack, transport, and organize finished parts for the next stage in production
 
  •  
Safely operate basic hand tools such as grinders, bevel mills, and drills
 
  •  
Follow all supervisor instructions and maintain strict safety standards
 
  •  
Perform other duties as assigned



What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
 
  • 2  Years experience as a CNC Machinist required
  • The ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, blueprints, and job specifics
  • Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently at production pace
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hands for tool operation
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment drug, background, and reference checks

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Redmond, OR, offering:
