Job Title: Cleanroom/Stock Associate – Float Position
Pay: $18.40/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm

As a Cleanroom/Stock Associate – Float, you’ll support cleanroom operations and stockroom functions to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with multiple departments and be cross-trained in several areas, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workday.
What You’ll Do
As a Cleanroom/Stock Associate – Float, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing cleanroom washing, drying, folding, and bundling of garments according to established standards

  • Packaging, labeling, and organizing garments for delivery

  • Conducting quality inspections to identify defects or damage and completing basic garment repairs

  • Assigning garments to clients using internal company systems

  • Sorting soiled garments for processing

  • Attaching tags and patches using a heat press

  • Sewing and repairing hems or performing minor garment alterations (sewing skills helpful but not required)

  • Assisting with general maintenance tasks such as pressure washing when needed

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety across all work areas

  • Supporting continuous improvement by sharing ideas and communicating opportunities

Important Cleanroom Guidelines:
Employees must wear full protective coveralls (provided). No piercings, fragrances, makeup, hair products, or self-tanner are permitted in the cleanroom environment.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Flexibility to work across production, stockroom, and light maintenance tasks

  • Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required)

  • Basic sewing skills (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to differentiate colors, match numbers, and recognize fabric types

  • Ability to stand for an entire shift with regular breaks

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptability to shift quickly between tasks and manage multiple priorities

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
