What You’ll Do:
As a Residential Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with the demolition of walls and removal of debris to prepare sites for construction.
  • Supporting various aspects of residential remodeling projects, including material handling and site cleanup.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Proficiency with common construction tools and equipment.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stay active throughout the workday, and work comfortably outdoors and indoors.
  • Prior experience in general construction is preferred.
