Job Title: Certified Welder
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00/hr DOE
Hours: 40+ hours weekly

As a Certified Welder, you’ll play a vital role in constructing, repairing, and fabricating industrial components, ensuring both project success and adherence to safety standards.

What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Welder, you will be responsible for:
  • Laying out, assembling, welding, and fabricating parts and machinery accurately and efficiently.
  • Reading and interpreting basic drawings and job instructions.
  • Operating multiple shop and welding-related pieces of equipment.
  • Maintaining shop tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
  • Following safety procedures required for mill site work.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support project success.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of welding experience.
  • Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) Certification required.
  • Strong attention to quality and productivity.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in an industrial mill site environment.
  • A team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
  • The physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform welding tasks throughout the shift.
