Pay: $21.00 per hour + performance bonuses (Earn $50 per qualified lead and $150 per closed deal)
Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00AM – 7:00PM

  • Visit assigned neighborhoods and community events to engage homeowners in conversations about free roof inspections and maintenance options.
  • Distribute flyers and accurately gather contact information for the estimator team.
  • Answer basic questions and professionally represent the company.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, small team to meet outreach and engagement goals.
  • Maintain a respectful, positive attitude—this is not cold selling but building trust with residents.
