Job Title: Residential & Commercial Painter
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Must be available for overtime)

As a Residential & Commercial Painter, you'll prepare surfaces and execute painting projects with skill and precision. You'll work closely with your team to ensure high-quality results, maintaining efficiency and safety standards. What You'll Do
As a Residential & Commercial Painter, you will be responsible for:
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and cleaning.
• Apply paint, primer, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects.
• Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean job site.
• Operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment safely.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Comfort working from ladders and a strong commitment to ladder safety.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to access multiple job sites.
• The physical stamina to lift/load equipment and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Location & Schedule
This temp-to-hire on-site position is located throughout Lane County, OR. The standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed.
