Pay: $20–$22/hour to start (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

As a Fencing Technician, you’ll be instrumental in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automatic gate systems. What You'll Do:
As a Fencing Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automatic gate systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Working with wiring, electronics, and control components to facilitate system functionality.
  • Providing friendly, professional service at customer homes and job sites.
  • Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on existing systems.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation to track progress and work completed.
  • Safely operating company vehicles and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs throughout your shift to perform various duties.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience with automatic gate systems or related trades such as HVAC, plumbing, millwright, or electrical work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronics, wiring, or technical systems to support repairs and installations.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor when engaging with clients.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Report (driving record requirement for company vehicle use).
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs consistently and work with tools, electrical components, and equipment.
  • Reliability, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset to foster a collaborative work environment.
