Construction Workers Needed for Dynamic Projects in Silverton, OR — Urgently hiring

Job Title: Skilled Construction Workers
Skilled: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Laborers: $18.00-20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (schedule may vary based on project needs)
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:
As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be responsible for:
  •  Framing
  •  Siding
  •  Finish Carpentry
  •  Interpreting blueprints
  •  Assisting with foundation laying
  • Setting doors and windows
  • Performing interior finish work
  • You will work closely with project managers and lead carpenters to ensure construction meets quality standards and project deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • at least 6 months of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • framing, siding, interior finish work, laying foundations, setting doors/windows, or wood trim work.
  • You should possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record over the past three years
  • Be able to travel within a 20 mile radius as projects are located in Silverton, Stayton and Salem
