Job Title: Experienced Residential Painter
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour, DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

As a Residential Painter, you'll play a vital role in preparing and beautifying surfaces, ensuring a seamless finish. You'll work closely with the project team to deliver top-quality results and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do
As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for:
  • Sanding, masking, and taping surfaces to prepare for painting applications.
  • Pressure washing exterior surfaces to achieve a clean base.
  • Applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or airless sprayers.
  • Loading and unloading supplies efficiently to keep projects on schedule.
  • Sweeping and wiping down surfaces to ensure a pristine finish.
  • Safely working with ladders and adhering to ladder safety protocols on job sites.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 5+ years of verifiable residential or commercial painting experience, with up to 10 years preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as traveling to multiple job sites is required.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly.
  • Experience with masking, brushing, rolling, and airless painting techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Physical ability to handle manual labor, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
