Job Title: Landscaping Crew Laborers
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm (overtime and additional days may be required)

As a Landscaping Crew Laborer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a variety of industrial, commercial, and public landscapes. You're key to ensuring these properties look their best while promoting safety and sustainability. What You'll Do
As a Landscaping Crew Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Cutting turf with power mowers, edging, and trimming using gas-powered tools to keep lawns looking flawless.
  • Pruning shrubs and low-hanging branches to support healthy growth and improve landscape aesthetics.
  • Planting new flowers and maintaining flower beds to boost curb appeal.
  • Operating equipment such as edgers, blowers, and trimmers along sidewalks and around landscape features.
  • Cleaning up debris, blowing leaves, and composting organic waste to keep sites tidy.
  • Mulching beds and organic matter during mowing to suppress weeds and enhance soil health.
  • Weeding regularly and performing basic equipment maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Removing dead plants, trash, and suckers to promote landscape health.
  • Maintaining a professional, friendly attitude with clients and team members and reporting safety concerns to the Crew Leader.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 18 years old with a reliable work ethic.
  • Enthusiasm for outdoor work and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to safely operate landscape equipment, including power saws, blowers, and trimmers.
  • Certification in Level 1 equipment operation (backpack blowers, string trimmers, edgers, mowers).
  • Basic knowledge of horticultural maintenance and landscape practices.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry equipment and materials, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position is located in Tualatin, Oregon, working Monday through Thursday from 6:30am to 5:00pm, with potential for overtime and additional days based on workload.
