Job Title: Roof Tear Off Laborer
Pay: $17.00/hour
Hours: Monday, 7/13, 7am - 3pm (project dependent)
Start Date: 7/13

As a Construction Laborer, you'll play an essential role in supporting roofing projects and ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to contribute to successful roof tear-off operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential construction.

What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with roof tear-off operations by removing old roofing materials efficiently and safely.
• Performing general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Properly disposing of debris into designated dumpsters to keep the site clean.
• Working at heights on rooftops and executing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability and comfort working at heights on rooftops.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
