Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 3:00pm

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice customers trust—supporting RV manufacturers, repair shops, and insurance providers nationwide. What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering excellent service by managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Creating and processing orders, including generating quotes, invoices, and insurance claims accurately to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Navigating relevant systems to identify parts, provide precise freight estimates, and update customer records efficiently.
  • Collaborating with warehouses and accounting teams to resolve shipping delays, payment issues, and warranty concerns.
  • Representing company values through genuine, compassionate service that fosters trust and long-term relationships.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 2–3 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience handling multi-line phones with ease.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset along with the capacity to work independently.
