Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00/hour
Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM during training (3 months); After training, shifts are Wed-Sat 7 AM - 6 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll empower customers with clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. You’ll play a vital role in upholding high service standards, ensuring that every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls and addressing customer service inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to discuss service inquiries and options.
- Performing basic network troubleshooting to assist customers in resolving issues.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of all calls and troubleshooting steps.
- Taking on additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
- Understanding and applying basic RF, fiber, and networking concepts in customer interactions.
- Going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience is preferred.
- A basic understanding of internet, fiber, and networking concepts.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.
