Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: Starting at $16/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (see schedule below)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping solve issues and ensuring they leave satisfied. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to handle inquiries, process returns, and improve customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage web inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Provide friendly support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining products or services.
  • Collect and assess customer information to resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality.
  • Assist customers with product returns, refunds, and related requests, ensuring proper processing and documentation.

Schedule & Work Environment:
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts).

  • Training Schedule (first 3 months): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Post-training Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 30-minute lunch break.
  • In-office position — remote work is not available.
  • Casual, supportive, and collaborative team environment.

  • Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Active listening skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure.
  • Resilience and professionalism in dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to balance customer advocacy with company policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to work.
