Pay: $18.50/hour
Hours: 32-40 hours per week (schedule may vary between 7:45 am - 5:15 pm)
TRAINING: Training in Albany for 1-2 weeks prior to transitioning to the Salem office ensures you’re fully prepared to succeed.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be vital in delivering excellent customer service, managing administrative support tasks, and assisting with scheduling and document preparation. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations and positive interactions with clients.

What You’ll Do:
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting guests and customers as they arrive
  • Providing information via phone and in person, and scheduling appointments
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing paperwork for examiners and instructors
  • Handling general office cleaning and supply orders
  • Additionally, training in Albany for 1-2 weeks prior to transitioning to the Salem office ensures you’re fully prepared to succeed.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High level of customer service skills and be comfortable handling challenging customer interactions when needed.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Eagerness to cross-train as a backup examiner and driver’s ed instructor (with corresponding pay increases) is highly desirable.
