Job Title: General Laborer
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday (day shift)

As a General Laborer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that residents live in safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. You'll work independently across multiple properties contributing to a high standard of living for residents.

What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Traveling between residential properties to complete requests
  • Cleaning cobwebs off buildings
  • Hauling various furniture items
  • Pressure washing buildings and surrounding areas
  • Cleaning human waste as needed
  • Inspecting units to identify maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
