Job Title: Hand Packaging Technician
Pay: $22.35/hour + $0.50 shift differential
Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Hand Packaging Technician, you'll support daily operations by preparing, packaging, and inspecting products to meet quality standards. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure timely, accurate output in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for
  • Accurately prepare, package, and label products according to specifications.
  • Complete quality checks, verifying package counts, weights, dates, and visual appearance.
  • Fold, tape, and label boxes, then stack and move pallets to designated areas using pallet jacks and carts.
  • Operate equipment including shrink wrap machines and tapers to support workflow.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently in a production setting.
What You'll Bring

  • Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and counting tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Comfort working in temperature-variable environments.
  • Steel-toed rubber boots required for safety.
