Job Title: CNC Operator (Programming Training Provided)
Pay: $20 - $30 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP

In this hands-on role, you’ll operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts while learning the programming side of the trade. You’ll work with a supportive production team and gain valuable skills working with custom industrial machinery and control systems.

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (HASS) for machining operations including milling, turning, drilling, and grinding
  • Load materials, select tools, and run production jobs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Learn CNC programming with on-the-job training and mentorship
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Perform routine machine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and tool changes
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate with team members to keep production running smoothly
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You’ll Bring:
  • Hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn CNC programming and grow within the role
  • Lathe experience is a plus, but not required

Location & Schedule:
