Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Pay: $18.50/hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be essential in ensuring our products are accurately assembled, packed, and shipped promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Production teams to maintain seamless workflows and contribute to the company's success.

What You’ll Do:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision.
  • Restocking inventory to ensure stock levels meet production demands and customer orders.
  • Conducting periodic physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Verifying quantities, lot numbers, and ensuring accuracy across manufacturing picklists and finished goods.
  • Assisting with production line tasks such as loading bottles, tightening caps, filling boxes, and other related duties.
  • Cross-training with other departments to support operational flexibility.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Following safety protocols and quality standards, including cGMP compliance.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support team goals.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Basic math, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with high dexterity.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs safely.
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Tangent, OR, offering a Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, with Fridays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
