Job Title: General Laborer
Pay: $17 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in different areas of the manufacturing process, including material handling, machine operation support, and quality checks.
  • Moving and staging raw materials, finished products, and supplies to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Performing general cleaning and organization duties to keep the workspace safe and tidy.
  • Supporting machine operators by loading/unloading materials and monitoring equipment.
  • Inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Assisting with basic assembly tasks and preparing components for further processing.
  • Using hand tools and basic machinery with safety and efficiency (training provided).
  • Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in multiple departments and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools (a plus).
  • A reliable attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
