Job Title:
Forklift Driver

Pay:
$16 - $18 per hour DOE

Hours:
Monday–Thursday, 6pm to 6am, with some Fridays

Looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver? Join our dynamic team in Sandpoint and make an impact every day. As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in moving materials safely and efficiently while supporting our manufacturing operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate forklifts safely and effectively to transport materials across the facility.
  • Handle, palletize, and stack bags of wood stove pellets, ensuring secure storage and precise handling.
  • Assist with general warehouse and production tasks to meet daily operational goals.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to promote a secure environment for all team members.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production setting.
  • At least 1 year of forklift operation experience (ID=1000761) to ensure proficiency.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40 lb bags regularly, supporting efficient workflows.
  • Strong safety mindset and alertness to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
