Job Title: Production Quality Technician
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Hours:
  • Day Shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm — $20.00/hr
  • Swing Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm — $20.90/hr
  • Night Shift: 10:45 pm – 7:15 am — $21.00/hr
    Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality and safety standards are met, contributing to the success of our production team. You’ll work closely with the production and quality teams to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Quality Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing hands-on quality inspections of finished goods in a production environment.
  • Pulling product samples from completed pallets in the packaging room.
  • Inspecting products for defects, accuracy, and compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Documenting inspection results and reporting non-conforming products.
  • Following all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality procedures.
  • Collaborating with production and quality teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
  • An understanding of food safety principles and their importance in manufacturing.
  • Comfort working hands-on in a packaging or production setting.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
  • Dependability, safety awareness, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
