Job Title: Fabricator Fitter
Pay: $26.00+ DOE (Highly skilled fabricators may earn $29–$30/hr)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Join a well-established fabrication and manufacturing company as a Fabricator Fitter in Lebanon, OR, and make an impact every day. As a Fabricator Fitter, you’ll play a critical role in building custom machinery, stairways, and conveyor systems. You’ll work closely with the fabrication and production team to deliver high-quality structural components that meet precise specifications and project deadlines.

What You’ll Do:
As a Fabricator Fitter, you will be responsible for:
  • Fabricating, fitting, and welding parts and assemblies from blueprints and engineered drawings.
  • Building structural components including stairways, platforms, and conveyor systems.
  • Laying out materials using measurements, templates, and layout tools.
  • Operating fabrication equipment such as shears, press brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, and carbon arc welders.
  • Using forklifts and overhead cranes to move and position materials and assemblies.
  • Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on shop equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Working overtime and Saturdays as needed to meet project deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of fabrication experience (advanced skill level preferred).
  • A strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience building stairways, conveyors, and structural components.
  • A solid understanding of plumb, level, square, and layout practices.
  • Strong math and geometry skills.
  • Experience with rigging and overhead crane operation.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • A personal toolbox with standard fabrication tools.
  • A dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic.
