Pay: $22 per hour + $1.50/hr for shift differential 
Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (Shift Rotation: 2-2-3)

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting raw ingredients and finished nutraceutical products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Supporting continuous production flow on processing and packaging lines to maximize efficiency.
• Filling, weighing, packing, and labeling products according to batch records and instructions.
• Preparing products for shipment while maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up processing equipment in accordance with GMP and sanitation protocols.
• Adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA requirements and company policies.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain an organized, safe work environment.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in a production environment or familiarity with equipment setup and tear-down (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in clean and safe workspaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• General knowledge of the biopharma or nutraceutical industry or a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in various temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments.
