Job Title: Assembly Technician
Pay: $16.50/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed until 4:00 PM)

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll be vital in transforming raw steel parts into finished, high-quality products. You will work collaboratively with the production team to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient assembly processes, contributing directly to the company's success.

What You’ll Do:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating power and hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and rivet guns to assemble various metal components.
  • Assembling metal boxes, latches, and frames for slot machines and arcade equipment.
  • Working on small parts with precision to ensure proper fit and functionality.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Assisting with quality inspections and troubleshooting during assembly to ensure product excellence.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience using power and hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
  • Knowledge of metal finishing, deburring, and assembly processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Reliable work ethic, with dependable attendance and punctuality.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, at 3451 West 1st Avenue. It offers Monday through Friday shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with optional overtime until 4:00 PM.
