Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $20.00 – $23.25 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Schedule:
  • Monday – Wednesday or Thursday – Saturday
    Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in operating production equipment, supporting food processing lines, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with the production and quality teams to deliver results that make a difference.
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating product fillers, CIP systems, and batching/mixing equipment.
  • Supporting production lines to ensure consistent output and quality.
  • Case packing finished products and building pallets.
  • Monitoring equipment and processes to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Working collaboratively with production and quality teams.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to stand on concrete for 8+ hours per shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfort working 12-hour shifts in a production environment.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
  • Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.
  • Previous food manufacturing and machine operation experience required.

Location & Schedule
