Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:30 am (Graveyard Shift)

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe work environment. You'll collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and uphold safety protocols.

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery to optimize efficiency and output.
  • Setting up equipment before production begins, adjusting settings during shifts, and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards; reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Reviewing job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accurate production.
  • Ensuring labels match job requirements and products are accurately transferred throughout the warehouse.
  • Assembling boxes and safely stacking products on pallets for shipping or storage.
  • Completing Production Verification sheets at the start and end of your shift and submitting them to your supervisor.
  • Strictly following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support safety and productivity.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior manufacturing-related experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment functions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Safety training or familiarity with safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
