Job Title: Machine Operator (Press Operator)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00PM – 1:30AM
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a stable, full-time role with a 4-day work week and growth potential? Join a local manufacturing team producing high-quality rubber products as a Machine Operator, where you’ll play a key role in daily production and quality control.

This is a great opportunity to build hands-on manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with long-term potential.

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating production machinery while following safety and quality standards
  • Pouring crumb rubber into molds, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Filling molds and safely operating presses using dual-hand controls
  • Removing finished products using hand tools after press cycles
  • Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality
  • Managing multiple machines (up to four presses) to maintain production flow
  • Making adjustments based on supervisor direction
  • Stacking and organizing finished products on pallets
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Tracking production counts and meeting output goals
  • Working in warm manufacturing conditions while following safety guidelines

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay active throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
