Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Pay: $24/hr - $28/hr DOE
Hours: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 hours shifts starting between 5am-7am
Start Date: ASAP

  As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and production machinery, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and production equipment
  • Supporting building and ground upkeep including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work
  • Assisting with minor maintenance on forging presses and furnaces
  • Document maintenance activities and complete required paperwork
  • Assist with scrap recovery and material handling activities
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic mechanical and maintenance aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to be trained into a maintenance technician role 
  • Previous maintenance or manufacturing background preferred 
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and detailed instructions
  • Forklift experience is a plus
