Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00PM – 6:30AM

As a Processing Extruder Operator, you'll be essential in supporting the production process by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining smooth workflow. You will work closely with supervisors and production staff to ensure products meet quality standards, while gaining valuable experience in food manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do:

As a Processing Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Moving and lifting ingredient bags weighing up to 50 pounds, accurately measuring, and pouring ingredients into mixing bins to ensure precise formulations.
  • Mixing ingredients following detailed batch instructions and recipes to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Reading and adhering to production instructions, monitoring machine operation, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
  • Bagging finished products efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces after each production run, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Supporting team communication and assisting supervisors with various tasks, with potential to grow into leadership roles over time.
