Fabricator Fitter – Urgently Hiring in Lebanon, OR!

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Put your fabrication skills to work with an established and growing manufacturer in Lebanon, OR! We’re looking for an experienced Fabricator Fitter who can read prints, lay out projects, fit components, and build high-quality custom equipment from the ground up.

If you’re confident working from blueprints and enjoy seeing a project come together from raw material to finished product, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
  • Fabricate, fit, and weld parts and assemblies from blueprints and engineered drawings.
  • Build custom machinery, stairways, platforms, conveyor systems, and structural components.
  • Accurately measure, lay out, fit, and assemble materials.
  • Operate shears, press brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
  • Use forklifts, rigging, and overhead cranes to safely move and position materials.
  • Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized work area.
  • Work occasional overtime or Saturdays when needed to meet project deadlines.
What You’ll Have
  • 2+ years of fabrication/fitting experience preferred.
  • Strong blueprint and technical drawing skills.
  • Solid understanding of plumb, level, square, layout, math, and geometry.
  • Experience building structural components, stairways, conveyors, or similar projects.
  • Rigging and overhead crane experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
  • Personal toolbox with standard fabrication tools.
