Job Title: Trailer Repair B Technician
Pay: $31 - $35 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a vital member of our fleet maintenance team, you’ll perform essential trailer repairs and inspections, collaborate with experienced professionals, and help ensure our customers’ trailers are safe and reliable. Your skills will contribute to maintaining a top-tier fleet, and you'll have opportunities to develop your technical expertise with a company dedicated to supporting your growth.

What You’ll Do:
As a Trailer Repair B Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing trailer systems. You will conduct DOT inspections at customer sites, adjust and replace brakes and brake chambers, repair air line leaks and fittings, and replace ABS sensors and wiring. Additionally, you will troubleshoot trailer lighting issues, perform minor suspension and landing gear repairs, and provide detailed notes and estimates for major repairs. In the shop, you'll carry out structural repairs such as crossmembers, floors, and rails, along with suspension and wiring repairs, light fabrication, welding, and general maintenance alongside a skilled team.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in trailer repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment service
  • Welding, fabrication, or general equipment repair skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of trailer systems including brakes, air lines, suspension, wiring, and steel structures
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
  • Valid certifications or licenses related to trailer repair (preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift heavy parts, stand for long periods, and perform manual repairs
